Why I can't place an order via PayPal?
The Internet Explorer browser version of PayPal may be different from what you are running on your computer. Some orders can't go through PayPal it is due to their browser compatibility problem.

Can I place an order if my shipping and billing address is different?
We will call you to verify the order and it will take longer time to process your order. Please reply to our verification phone calls or emails so we can process your order quickly.

How can I check my order status?
For registered customers, please log into your account and you can check your order status there. It will show you whether it is completely shipped or partially shipped, and the shipping date. Free tracking service will be provided for orders more than $25. If you select the checkout process as guest, then you can't log into account. An email confirmation will be emailed to you, as well as the shipment update.

How can I place my first order?
Placing an order with Gadgets-N-Gizmos.com is easy. Please follow these steps:
- Add your selected items to the shopping cart and go to checkout when you are done.
- Register as a new customer.
- Choose a shipping method and enter your shipping address.
- Finish with the payment information. Gadgets-N-Gizmos.com only accepts payment via PayPal at this time.

Do you take phone orders?
Currently we do not take phone orders. But you can send your order request via contact us form http://www.gadgets-n-gizmos.com/contact-us . Please fill up the form, write down the product's SKUs, shipping address and billing address in the message field. The sales order info is not required for new customers. We will call you back for credit card information and enter the order for you by phone.

Is PayPal safe?
Yes. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment via PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. PayPal is a safe way to send money worldwide. PayPal doesn't expose or sell your financial information to any merchant.

Does Gadgets-N-Gizmos.com offer refund guarantee?
Yes. Gadgets-N-Gizmos.com allows most of products to be returned for a refund within 30 days as from the delivery date. Please open a RMA ticket to receive the returning instructions. We'll refund your payment upon receiving the returned package.

Can I change my order once it has been processed?
If you contact us immediately after placing the order, we may be able to make the change of you request. If the order has been charged and shipped, we cannot make any change. You can apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

How can I add items to my existing order?
We don't keep your credit card information or PayPal information. Once your order is paid and processed, you can't add items. But you can always create a new order. We can combine orders into one shipment.

Can I cancel my order and get refunds?
* If the order has been paid and the shipment status is "Processsing", you can contact us to cancel the order and get the refund.
* If the order has been paid?and the?shipment status is "shipped" or "partially shipped", then we can't cancel or change the order. You can apply for a RMA # and send back the products after you receive it. We will refund after we receive them.
Please note Gadgets-N-Gizmos.com doesn't pay the shipping cost for the returned item, and we are not responsible if the returned package was lost when sending back without tracking. We will issue the refund within 1-3 business days after we receive the returned package.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
First, please check your order list to make sure whether order was sent in one package. If items are sent separately, please be patient and wait for a few more days. If all packages have been delivered but you're still missing some items, please check the package carefully for any small item. Please feel free to contact us via email and we will reply you within 48 hours.

What should I do if I want to return a product within warranty?
We offer 30 days satisfaction guaranty. If the product is defective, please contact us for via RMA request page. Please pay for the returning postage and ship it back to us for a refund or exchange.

What happens when my order status is "shipped partially"?
It means part of your order is temporarily out of stock. It usually takes a few days to back order. Gadgets-N-Gizmos.com will keep you updated with the rest of the order.

Why did my order get canceled?
An order may be canceled by Gadgets-N-Gizmos.com due to the following reasons: order verification process didn't go through; services or products that we can't provide; customer's email or phone is not accessible due to any technical or non-technical issues. It is our continuous effort to provide better products and services. We also reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the order payment.
