  • Does Gadgets-N-Gizmos.com offer worldwide free shipping service for any order?

    Gadgets-N-Gizmos.com offers worldwide free shipping service to the United States and many other counties via Airmail. We offer free tracking service for any order over $25. All packages will be delivered via Hong Kong Post. Most customer will receive the package around 10-20 days. The actual shipping time will depend on the destination and the custom clearing time. If you need other express services such as DHL, UPS, FedEx for delivery, please contact us via email for price information.

  • Do you offer express mail service, such as EMS, DHL??

    Yes, we use EMS or DHL for selected countries. It usually takes 7-12 days. For 2011 holiday special offer, orders over $75 will have free EMS service to USA, Canada and Australia.

  • How long is the average delivery time?

    Our preferred shipping provider is Hong Kong Post. The average delivery time is around 10 to 20 days. The order processing time is within 2 business days.

  • How can I check out my order status?

    Please log into your account at Gadgets-N-Gizmos.com to check the order status. It will show you whether it is shipped or partially shipped, the shipping date, tracking number if applicable. We offer free tracking number service for orders over $25. Please use the tracking number to access the tracking websites:

    Notes: Gadgets-N-Gizmos does not offer tracking service for orders less than $25. You can pay the additional $2.49 as a registered mail to have the tracking number .

  • What is Airmail?

    Our prefered airmail service is via Hong Kong Post. The Airmail covers almost every corner of the world and it has been widely used in international shipping.

  • Can I get the tracking number for any order?

    Gadgets-N-Gizmos.com only offers free tracking number for orders over $25. We only offer tracking number for orders more than $25. You can add $2.49 extra to pay for the registered Airmail if your order is less than $25.

  • What will affect the delivery time?

    The delivery time includes processing time, shipping time and custom clearing time. Processing time is the time that Gadgets-N-Gizmos handles the order and pack the items. Delivery time varies by the delivery methods and seasonal effect. Also the custom policy of destination country can affect the delivery time.

  • How can I know my order has been shipped?

    You¡¯ll receive a notification e-mail from us when your order is shipped. Information like shipping items, shipping time, tracking number. Tracking website is included there too. You can also check your order status via ¡°My Account¡±¡±Order List¡±.

  • My tracking number is not working, what should I do?

    Once the package departs from our warehouse, it will take 3-4 business days to be processed in Hong Kong Post system. Please email us your questions with your order ID. Our Help Center will reply within 24 hours.

  • What is the estimated processing time of an order?

    The processing time is estimated here from Gadgets-N-Gizmos.com

    • Step 1: Order printed by our system (Same business day).
    • Step 2: Order packaged by our warehouse (1-3 business days).
    • Step 3: Package sent to the shipping carriers (3-4 business days).
    • Step 4: Order processed by the shipping carriers and delivered to your destination(6-12 business days).

    Occasionally some items are temporarily out of stock. It will take 3-4 business days to get the goods back in stock.

  • Does Gadgets-N-Gizmos.com ship internationally?

    Yes, we provide free shipping to the United States, UK, Australia, Canada and many country at this time. Please email us if you have questions.

  • Do I need to pay for Tax and Customs Duties?

    Customers may need to pay custom duty or taxes of destination country if it is requested by the customs. Please be aware that some products may require special licenses or permits to import, such as high powered lasers. It is customer's responsibility to handle the products that are confiscated by the recipient's Customs. When ordering from Gadgets-N-Gizmos.com, recipient will be the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

  • Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it all could have fit in one box?

    Gadgets-N-Gizmos.com may have to pack your items separately due to weight, size and backorder considerations. You can check from your order list to see which parts are sent separately. You can review the status of all orders list in My Account。

  • How long will it take to process the back order?

    Usually the backorder will be completed within 5 business days. We will send the products separately if some products are out of stock. Our help center will update the order information immediately once the backorder is processed in My Account. We really appreciated your patience and understanding.

  • What should I do if the package is not received?

    First, you can track the status via the tracking website provided by us. If there’s no tracking information, you can contact our help center. Second, please submit a RMA ticket when the package has not been received over 30 days since the ordering date .

  • What should I do if I want to change the receiving address when I am placing the order or after the order placed?

    Your package will be shipped to the same address you set up in your PayPal account. If you need to ship to a different address other than the one in your PayPal account, you need to change the address in your PayPal account first. Same shipping and billing will speed up the order verification process.
