Return Policy
All products purchased from our website are qualified for return and exchange within 30 days of your receiving. You will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA) for any returned product. See instructions below.

Please follow the three easy steps for exchange or return:
- Log onto your account and submit an RMA request. Alternatively request an RMA using form here. Our customer representative will process your request within 24 hours and email you an RMA code and shipping instructions. Your RMA request should include the following information: Order number, your name and email, and the reason of the return. You can choose to have a replacement or get a refund.
- Ship the item back to us after you obtain the RMA authorization. Please note the returned item(s) must include the original packing materials and all the accessories and parts. The shipping address will be provided on your RMA authorization. You need to pay for the return shipping cost. Please use registered mail or shipping method which provide tracking information. Please provide the tracking number of the return shipment to us.
- Receive the replacement item or get a refund. Upon receiving your returned goods, Gadgets-N-Gizmos will send you an email confirmation and will mail the replacement items or issue refund within 1-3 business days.
